Topic of the day – Uncertainty  Sunday, 16th  May, 5-6:30 pm

Certainty and stability provide balance in our lives, as we feel safe and secure in familiarity.

Uncertainty in today’s circumstances is more real than ever before. With the pandemic
looming over us everyday seems like a new day with new challenges. Healthy people around
us who were just fine till yesterday are suddenly sick or are no more. This uncertainty leads
to fear and worries which we are not in control of.

Certainty and stability provide a balance
in our lives as we feel safe and secure in a familiar environment or people. Yet we all know
that uncertainty is natural unavoidable .

How have you dealt with uncertainty in your life?

Even in uncertain times/situations, how can we maintain safety and balance for ourselves?

These are the questions that we will be exploring at the session.
